At Love Mondays, we believe that entrepreneurs and business owners can solve many of the real problems that we have in the world today. We work with coaches, consultants and entrepreneurs to grow their businesses for impact.
As part of our client strategy sessions, we look to align our clients business growth goals to one of the United Nations Global Goals. As such, our clients have gone on to scale businesses that do so many amazing things in the world. These include providing taps and clean water to African villages, support for children’s and animal charities, as well as working in mental health for young people.

Depending on the sector, between 79-82% of people surveyed reported being close to burnout. In a Deloitte UK survey, 64% of leaders said they wanted to leave their current employer and go to a more supportive company. 57% of employees report poor mental health.
These figures are shocking. Not only does this need to change, the businesses that do lead the way in this space attract the best talent, reduce churn rates, improve revenue per employee and reduce spend. Profits improve and productivity improves.
Almost 80% of UK suicides are male and usually, these men don’t ask for help. Employers who embed mental wellness practices into their workplace are one of the few who can reach, and make a difference to, these non help seeking people.
The positive impact that you can have is far reaching, both commercially and societally.

Hi, I’m Sonja. I run Love Mondays, I’m a #1 best selling author and podcast host, building all of this as a single mum. I develop client strategies and also project manage the delivery with my amazing team. I’m certified in a million things including business, psychometric profiling, hypnotherapy, cellular healing and also as a coach and mentor.

Nice to meet you! I am part of the Love Mondays team, working as a web developer and design specialist. I handle coding and website modification – from layout, functionality and general behavior of web pages. I have experience working for huge brands, being the first in my country to work as a front end developer for Nespresso.
STEPH
HEAD OF AUTOMATION
Hi, I’m Steph and I am an expert in automation, logic and funnel builds with extensive experience in Ontraport, InfusionSoft, Kartra and Kajabi. I map out and automate every aspect of the sales and marketing funnels and we focus on superior customer experience. We build everything from lead magnets to online courses and paid membership sites.

Hi, my name is James and I look after numerous ‘back end’ processes for Love Mondays. You will speak to me about hosting, email set up, domain names and web security. I am here to back up you websites every day and ensure they all stay online. I will get your project online and ensure it stays there!

Hi my name is Emily and I work in project delivery. I work with Love Mondays clients on many aspects of their business growth strategies but predominantly with set up and automation. I am an expert in building funnels, supporting project delivery along side Steph. I am also a mum of 3 and a military wife!

BOOKEEPING
Hi, I’m Toyah and I manage all things money as a VA for Love Mondays. I’m a mum of 3, I love to keep fit and I have a passion for supporting women in business. I make sure the bank is up to date and do all of the background admin. I love my pet dog! You’ll find me in my cosy garden office!
