Sonja’s journey is anything but ordinary. Homeless at 16, pregnant and homeless at 17, and a homeless single mum at 18, she became a Managing Director by 30 and a best-selling author by 36, achieving it all through a transformational personal development journey.

She’s trained in psychometrics, psychology, somatic healing, sales, marketing, coaching, and business strategy, bringing deep insight and empathy to every client she works with. She’s a geek for psychology and human behaviour, and brings this understanding to every high converting sales strategy she develops for her clients.

A proud mum to Ben, Sonja lives in the West Midlands where she also runs a café side hustle and rents out Rambler, her fully renovated 1973 narrowboat.
